Swartz
Founder and President
Prior to founding Accretive Consulting
group, Mr. Swartz was General Manager of the Global Electronic Controls
business at Texas Instruments where he quadrupled revenue and tripled
profits in one year, created a new outsourcing model and
negotiated
lucrative technology transfer and licensing agreements.
He also doubled sales per employee in TI's engineered materials
business. At Analog Devices Mr. Swartz introduced new electronic
manufacturing technology that became standard in the industry.
Prior to Analog Mr. Swartz was founder and CEO of a manufacturing company based
on an electronic control that he developed for the commercial vehicle
market.
Mr. Swartz
sits on the board of directors of the Institute of Management
Consultants, is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and a
President's Circle member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and
past member of the Turnaround Management
Association and the Smaller Business Association of New England.
He is a frequent contributor to major business and trade periodicals.
