ACC Grp will consider property mortgages 60% to 75% loan-to-value (LTV), depending on the type of property. Final LTV’s and rates are determined by experience of the owner, length of ownership, cash flow, strength of credit, and strength of real estate. ACC Grp will consider both owner occupied and investment properties.
